[mythtv] IPTV

As for myself, I use MythTV for unencrypted IPTV (BelgacomTV), so if the
question is: can it be used for IPTV, the response is yes.

As for encrypted ones, I don't quite see how a generic way to unencrypt
streams could be implemented...
