[mythtv] mythtv-setup channel icon selection - choosing blind?

Not sure if this is a theme bug or a mythtv-setup bug. Using
0.22-fixes on Mythbuntu 9.10 with mythbuntu theme.

When I manually search for channel icons in mythtv-setup, there is no
highlight for whatever icon I'm trying to select. I've muddled my way
through this, but just in case this is really a bug or theme issue
that developers with channel icons already downloaded haven't hit, I
thought I'd mention it.
