[mythtv] mythweb stars show years instead

is anyone else seeing recent (2 months?) behaviour in mythweb trunk 
after you schedule a program, the rating stars have 2010.000000 stars 
instead of the real value (say 0 or 0.6 etc)?

Im pretty sure its coming from mythbackend and not directly from the DB 
but I havent pinned it down yet. I suspect its loaded by scheduler.
it doesnt seem to exhibit in mythfrontend though AFAICT.

ToStringList of ProgramInfo seems to be doing the correct ordering.
all other fields seem to be correct when I added debug to Program.php

DBs are all up to date as of yesterday.
