I haven't actually tried the -fixes build with that new a rev since I
need trunk on my dev box for the bug-squashing party, but it looks like
it should work properly even with the recent DVD audio changes.

I recommend removing the system-installed MythTV libs and then re-trying
the compile/link:

rm /usr/{,local/}lib/libmyth*
