The services in general don't support partial grabs, so there is no way to 
reduce the burden on them. Mythvideo will by default on fill in missing fields 
on a grab, it just won't replace existing metadata for good reasons*.

* If you've ever manually corrected or replaced a description then you don't 
want it overwritten.
