[mythtv] Patch for util-nvctrl.cpp

Hi,
I have a small patch for util-nvctrl.cpp in libs/libmythui, that 
prevents MythFrontend and other ui dependent programs from crashing 
during startup, if the modestrings are not as expected. The patch is 
against the official 0.23 version.
