Ticket 8017 was fixed with the patch on that page 11 days ago.
It allows for the flash player to behave like a progressive download,
not the pseudostreaming of 8206. I think that pseudostreaming would be
better but I didn't know how to do that so I settled for the former.
If you think way back to when youtube first started, you couldn't seek
to arbitrary positions in the video, like you can now, only to
positions which had already been downloaded. That's the
pseudostreaming part.
