[mythtv] [Q]: can someone point me to where myth "decides" if a stream is encrypted or not?

What this shows is the the PMT for "TEMPO / FRANCE O" is PID=0x0509
The PMT identifies the stream as being "Un-encrypted" due to lack of
any CA_PID information. (0x0000 means: does not exist in my output)
The Video for "TEMPO..." is PID=0x00a9 and none of the TS Packets had
the scrambled bits set.
The Audio for "TEMPO..." is PID=0x0074 and none of the TS Packets had
the scrambled bits set.

So, There is no reason that I know of that this stream should not play
perfectly well in MythTV.
It is an un-encrypted channel.

Kind Regards

James
