[mythtv] 0.23 Release Date

Basically when the last blocker ticket is closed we'll create a beta or
and RC, depending on how we feel about the remaining critical tickets.
Right now the only blocker for 0.23 is Stuart M's #7192 ticket so only
he can really answer your question. Reading the change history it
appears that we need to finish something called the "multi-line edit".

There are also three critical tickets #7689, #7951 and #8084. These
are things we'd really like to fix before release, but we won't 
necessarily hold up the release if only one or two of these are left.

New blockers or critical bugs may be discovered between now and when
we actually do the release, but for now these are the tickets to watch.

If we were all working full time on MythTV these things could probably
all be knocked out by the end of the day, but we all have other
commitments. And of course, patches that fix known or unknown bugs
will speed up the process.
