Chris,

  I too have FiOS, but I use the 6200ch script with the -4 flag instead of
the internal channel changer, and it works perfectly.

  It's on the wiki at  http://mythtv.org/wiki/6200ch   and at the bottom of
the page is an example of my channel-change script.

  I have FiOS HD with two Motorola QIP7100 HD boxes that feed HD-PVRs.  I
have not had any problems with this script at all.  (Been super-stable since
I switched to FiOS about 5-6 months ago).  You might have to play around
with the inter-digit delay if it's too fast (my example script sets it to
10ms, which works perfectly for my boxes, but you may need to increase it.)
