[mythtv] trivial change to the osx-packager script for 0.24

Nigel, I noticed in r26663 that it is still referencing ignyte and
mtd.  Both of which probably should be removed as MythMovies and MTD
were removed in trunk.  Just wanted to shoot you a note since I
noticed it in the commit.
