[mythtv] Ticket #8979: LiveTV changing channels cause fe crash

  Robert,

I attached patch only for informational purposes. I absolutely not 
asking for any help related to illegal access to content nor using 
soft-cam with mythtv.
Issue in ticket 8979 is present also in unmodified mythtv and with 
presented patch it is only more frequent.
I mentioned about soft-cam only for informational purposes.
