No I do not

I  made a symbolic link like so
ln -s /opt/include/dvdnav /usr/include/dvdnav

and tried another recompilation. It made no difference.  And there was never   
compiler outpout   stating  "dvdnav/xxx.h  no such file or directory"   so I 
am wondering if we are making the wrong diagnosis?     Could the problem  lie 
with files in the ~/mythtv/libs/libmythdvdnav  source directory?
