[mythtv] [mythtv-commits] Ticket #9740: exit to OS protection & reboot menu option

Hi all,

at least in my system, as mythwelcome is a full screen, alt-tab does only
allows me to switch between the open applications (frontend or welcome) not
the desktop so it is not possible to start another application

in the other  hand, me as MythTV admin, I would like to me able to access to
the system, I mean same user
