hehe, crap.  So it is.  I guess Linux headers have it defined in several
places as it's never been an issue, but yes, I see that you are supposed to
have it for getpid() calls, so good catch.

Thanks for satisfying my curiosity.  I'll look at getting that patched in
shortly
