[mythtv] recent v4l changes break compilation on Mac OS X

A build of latest source just worked for me
(
% egrep dirty src/mythtv/version.cpp
const char *myth_source_version = "v0.25pre-1214-ga1a34b7-dirty";
)
so I suspect you had a version from a day or two ago, before this fix:
