I'm sure you realize, Daniel, that that's not *near* enough to make something
a derivative work, as that technical term is used by copyright lawyers.  :-)

More to the point, the question was whether *his proprietary code* would
necessarily have to be derivative of Myth -- he's not trying to take Myth
per se proprietary, he merely wants to bundle with it some other things he
can't GPL, a *much* murkier legal question.
