There's no upload facility yet, but it's definitely a possibility to add one.

If your player will stream HTTP content, then you can use the download
URLs directly in the player.  The GetFile/Recording/Video/etc. methods
can be used directly as file URLs in VLC, for example, including
seeking.

Glad you find it interesting-- I think it is a very significant
addition with a lot of great possibilities, too.
