I've been experimenting a bit more and this seems to possibly be connected
with updating the screenshots on the watch recording screen. If I wait
until it has finished refreshing then the recordings playback okay but if I
start another recording straight after exiting one then I get this segfault.

Any pointers on debug information I can provide?

Stephen
