[mythtv] libcec: loader vs. direct linking

Last I added weak-linking and dynamic linking to one of the myth lib ;
it was quickly reverted as the code wasn't portable.

E.g. you do it differently on mac, windows, linux...

If you find a way to do such thing in a portable manner, I don't see the problem
