So, there may be a driver issue between the HD-PVR and some (all?) USB3
ports.  I have a USB3 card around somewhere, but even if I could reproduce
that problem, there would be little I could do about it.

As far as Myth is concerned, the latest stable version works for you.
Steven is reporting that 0.25 works for him, but 0.25.1 does not. So far,
he is the only person reporting that scenario, so it will be a matter of
figuring out what is unique about his system.
