also the resampler is not accounted for in the timestamp adjust 
calculation (SetAudiotime)
so its pointless in moving it above resampler unless it is taken into 
account too.
How long is the resampler latency anyway?
I dont believe Ive ever had it active. But I could be wrong :-)
Probably why Ive never noticed a avsync issue in this regard.
