[mythtv] Status of #11497

[Warpme]

Hi,

I'm wonder is this ticket relevant only to me or rather issue is more 
widely seen?
I really miss of working HLS on current master - especially on vacations 
or business trips (when I have chance to use only iPhone/iPad over slow 
connection)
May I have kind request to devs to look over this ticket?
