I can't speak for JYA or in any way 'officially' but I would expect it 
to show up in 0.27-fixes as soon as he is convinced he has a good fix 
that will apply cleanly there. He might, of course, have other things 
that he needs or prefers to do.  That's the way it works, AIUI.
