Log:

Update DVBChannel log messages for clarity.

The old messages gave the mistaken impression that we didn't support the parameters-- we do, it's the driver in question that doesn't support them. This should make it clearer when someone is using a broken driver or parameters which don't work for that particular driver.

Nitpick, but I might consider using "the driver" rather than "this driver" as it also, to me, insinuates something internal to MythTV rather than "the driver" which has the connotation of pointing to something outside of yourself. Just a thought.
