<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div style>You may want to look at AFD, Dolby metadata changes and captioning screen position changes as hints that they may have gone into a commercial break.  None of this is universally applied, but it could be helpful to more accurately determine in and exit points for commercial breaks.</div>
