Log:

AvFormatDecoder: Don't use VDA and CrystalHD decoders for transcoding,

commercial flagging and preview generation.

While using hardware accelerated transcoding and commflagging is on the
cards, using VDA and CrystalHD is currently purely by chance and may
cause unexpected issues (esp. with VDA).

Properly enabling these decoders, other than for playback, will require
a little planning as the decoder choice is largely driven by the video
display profile - which is very different from a 'decoding' profile.
