Log:

Make sure we shut down read ahead thread before we delete mythcorecontext. This avoids segfaults when a dispatch event is triggered by an event. This also makes a related change to the mythobservable dtor to make this a segfault unlikely even when an event is dispateched after the mythobservable is deleted.
