[mythtv-theming] Feature request: Permit animation in videowindow widget

Many themes currently define either an animation or invoke the
progressbar in the videowindow widget in base.xml, the one that
activates when a recording is played. However, the widget doesn't
actually permit any animations to function within it (as #10761
mentions). Permitting animations would be a more visually attractive
way to tell users that a recording is forthcoming.

In addition (or alternatively), could the graphical widgets in
recordings-ui.xml be made available there? It would be nice to, for
example, be able to show a screenshot of the recording via the
"preview" imagetype on the busy screen.
