Now that my fps problem is solved, I have only one more issue before my
setup is pretty much perfect.  Overscan.  I have an nvidia card but it has
the NV17 encoder, so nvtv doesnt work with it.  Does anyone know of any
other way to setup overscan on the Nvidia cards?  I really dont want to buy
a different card, and the black borders are driving me crazy.
