Well it's my first time install of myth so at this moment not able to know all
the available options yet. Selected in setup PAL-M and after hitting
the watching live TV button it's defaults to NTSC.

Input #0, mpeg, from 'rbuf://127.0.0.1:6543/media/recorded/ringbuf1.nuv':
  Stream #0.0: Video: mpegvideo, 480x480, 29.97 fps, 16000 kb/s
  Stream #0.1: Audio: mp2, 48000 Hz, stereo, 384 kb/s

  pal should be 480x576 25 fps.

Ivtv driver is also defaulting to NTSC and for switching to PAL ioctl
VIDIOC_S_STD 255 is needed.

It could be i missed some configuration option but will look into that
tommorow.
