[mythtv-users] xbox frontend

Attatched are my usb-xboxir files with Peter Marriott's repeat key fix. 
It also works with both the Microsoft and the no-name generic remote
dongle.  I don't have 4.1 installed yet, so I've included the source
instead of binary.
