The bug fairy seemed to have fixed my problem of not having initial sound in MythTV when I fired it up every time. Thanks to whoever did that! On a side note, ebuilds are available for everything except mythweb in Gentoo. So grab those ebuilds folks and start compiling. Awesome work guys (and maybe gals). Jay
