[mythtv-users] Diagonal lines

I'm sure it's a common problem but I can't figure out
what to do.

When I watch tv through mythfrontend I get the sound,
but the picture is a set of diagonal lines, which I
guess means that it's actually the right picture just
being stretched sideways a lot.

I get the picture perfectly when I use xawtv.

Any clues much appreciated.
