Yes, the Freestyle is essentially a PVR-250 with different inputs.  The
Freestyle has both a composite and a coaxial input, and no remote control.

It is cheaper since there is no remote control hardware, and it does not
include the windows software package.

The Freestyle uses the same ivtv drivers as the PVR-250, so it is supported
just as well in XFree and MythTV.
