[mythtv-users] Remote Frontend Setup Documentation?

A couple of things that I immediately noticed from first glance..

Much better to change ~/.mythtv/mysql.txt.  That one overrides 
shared/mysql.txt and won't get squashed when the user upgrades the
software.

I suspect there are some myth ports (6543, perhaps) that need to be
opened also..  You'll have to investigate for details.
