If you've got a windows PC go to the fusion hdtv site, they have a demo
of their software, plus sample files in 720p I believe. 1080i is
interlaced and is generally considered equivalent in resolution to 540p,
or somewhere around 800x600 on a monitor, 720p is the highest standard
anyone broadcasts in and that's near the 1024x768 mark. So most any
computer monitor can still do higher resolutions than an HDTV.
