grab nuvinfo

this is basically just a simple test script that I used to debug the nuv
header code.  you pass it a filename and it tells you the info.

Unfortunately, it's not going to help you much unless you also know how
to read hexdump and see where the "unpack" data is going wrong.

actually, on that note, you could also email me (offthe list) a hexdump
from your nuv:

hexdump -Cn 512 /path/to/file.nuv 

By guess is that I'm just not parsing some initial header section
properly and it's a few bytes off.
