Myth already logs when it deletes stuff, you just need to run mythbackend with
the -v command line option to enable verbose logging. :)
If it's low on disk space it will tell you and will list each program as it
expires. When done it will tell you how much is free now or else print a
warning if it wasn't able to free enough disk space.
For the "keep only X episodes" auto-expire stuff, it will also print a message
as each program is expired telling you what show was expired.
