[mythtv-users] Epia/PVR-350 recommended hardware question

Hi list,

I am about to build a mythtv(-only) system with Hauppauge an PVR-350 and a 
Epia mainboard, and have some questions related to what to buy exactly.

1) I a not sure if I should go for a fanless Epia 600MHz system or if I should 
accept the fan and noise of a 1GHz Nehemia system.
At the moment I think I will only use the PVR-350 output feature, hoping that 
it will be possible to watch DVD through the PVR-350 in the near future...
(If this is pure fantasy then of course I should buy a 1GHz Nehemia)
So is there anything else what would make me miss the additional speed of the 
1GHz processor or will the 600MHz make me happy?

2) I would like to have a fanless power supply, what should I buy and where 
should I look for (in Germany)?
