What is the output to 'ivtv/utils/test_ioctl -a' and what input are you using
coaxial cable/S-Video/Composite?

I use this for S-Video
ivtv/utils/test_ioctl -d /dev/video0 -p 6
and this for coax.
ivtv/utils/test_ioctl -d /dev/video0 -p 4
