As far as I know, only svcd has debug code in it.  I've been meaning to
fix that, but, well, haven't...

I just updated nuvexport with Dennis' vcd fix, so anyone is welcome to
grab it.  The new version is split up into multiple files, so it should
be easier to find certain kinds of code..
