How many times do I have to post this?  You MUST resample if you're 
recording at 32000 Hz and want to make a VCD or SVCD.  Attached to this

is a version of nuvexport that will do the resampling for SVCD; if you 
can't figure out how to make the appropriate change for VCD, I'll try 
to help you out.
