[mythtv-users] Live TV ("Waited 2 seconds...") freeze does notoccur when using mpeg4

I guess I didn't specify, but yes, it only affects live TV on my system
as well.  I unfortunately do have freezing in Live TV when not
transcoding, but it's guaranteed to freeze within a few minutes of
starting live TV if a transcode is going on.
