[mythtv-users] Direct frequency input

Ok, I got MythTV working from xawtv file generetad by myself.
I have a freqency table from my cable provider, but not all
channels match the real frequency of the cable channel.
Therefore I need to use "finetune". Unfortunately, it is not
documented, how finetune is working. What does "-1" mean?
An nice alternative for me would be a direct frequency input,
but as far as I've seen this, this is not supported.

Any idea?
