[mythtv-users] CVS-where are the sql files?

Sorry for this question, but I searched first and looked the readmes and
didn't find an answer... I installed from cvs a few days ago and I'm
trying to finish up the install. The problem is I can't find the .sql
files to setup the database. For example, I installed mythdvd and need
to use metadata.sql. I've done a "locate metadata.sql" and get nothing
back. 

Where should these be found?
