(Note to readers: neither of these boards is a 4PCI slot variant, they both 
have 3PCI, 1AGP)

The MSI board has 1 VGA connector and 1 Serial connector on the back panel. 
There are dual FireWire headers on the board, and they provide a bracket or 
you can use one built into your case. I think I'm going to buy one of these 
and replace my Chaintech. Then I'll move the Chaintech upstairs, instead of 
getting a Pundit...

I haven't over-clocked in years, so I couldn't tell you what kind of OC 
support the MSI board has. Just not worth it anymore (to me, anyhow).
