[mythtv-users] Aspect ratio tips?

I'm having trouble with aspect ratios and myth and wondered if anyone had any 
tips.

Basically my problem is that I have a 16:9 screen but whatever I try I can't 
get myth to choose the right aspect ratio. The backend log is showing the 
aspect of the DVB source being detected as 16:9 or 4:3 correctly...

I think I've configured my XFree correctly with a display size that has a 16:9 
ratio... but when I play a 16:9 stream the image is vertically squished and 
myth has to be toggled into 4:3 mode to fill the screen.

Does myth normally work as I am expecting it to i.e. 16:9 fills a 16:9 screen 
but a 4:3 input is squished horizontally? and is there anything else I should 
be configuring other than the X Displaysize?
