[mythtv-users] Fix For PVR 350 "Issue"

I can second this, adding the 'dec_yuv_buffers=20' option instantly
resolved all my issues with the 350.
At the very least, I'd recommend splitting off the 250/350 mythtv
install docs - or at least making mention of all the 350-specific issues
along side the regular 250 documentation...
Anyway, thanks for solving this one, now on to the next brick wall
(buffering issues? 350 video out? something else???)! ;)
