[mythtv-users] changing internet timeout settings?

I have noticed that if someone else on my LAN is
maxing out my little connection's bandwidth (either
lots of downloads or lots of uploads), mythtv times
out on various requests. These can be either
retrieving weather data, video data, or news feed
data. I did notice a settings entitled,
"aggressiveness" in the weather module, but nothing
for the video or news section.

Is there a setting to increase the timeout delay in
some conf file somewhere?
